canned mushrooms slow service
The room size suited my needs. The air CONDITIONING worked well.
The breakfast was a DISASTER. The mushrooms came from a can, and there were no gluten-free options AT ALL. The service was slow, too. The squash room had mold and a bad smell. It's clear cleaning is not a priority.

fantastic stay!
spacious rooms good-sized pool tasty food
I found the rooms spacious. the pool area was a good size for swimming (plenty of space to move around). the chinese restaurant across the road was a good discovery. The food was very tasty.
the check-in process was quite slow. i waited longer than expected, a bit frustrating after a long journey (but i understand these things can happen).

Amazing stay! I'm blown away!
super clean hotel friendly staff good pool
The hotel was super clean, and the staff was friendly. I found the pool to be a good size, and the bar food was great. The staff was easy to reach, and I could enjoy the facilities and drinks. The staff even allowed us to play the games we wanted. I will never forget this experience!
I found that the fridge wasn't working when I arrived. I think there could be more diligence on checking the appliances

I can say the rooms were cleaned every day. I found great facilities and great value for the rooms. It was overall a good service, so I am happy with what I saw and experienced.

The reception staff was helpful, and they were always smiling. I felt comfortable with their customer service. The staff wished us a good day ahead whilst all were leaving the hotel in fancy dress. It was a great service.

Solid Stay, a Few Minor Hiccups
large pool ample space good location
The pool was large and had ample space for sunbeds. I liked the mini golf. It was a fun activity. The location was good for accessing nearby shops, though the check-in process was slow.
The room smelled strongly of fried fish throughout our stay, unpleasant. This odor permeated the bedding and living areas. I think they need to improve ventilation or use better cleaning products.

The front desk offered competent customer service, and was helpful. Staff numbers seemed low, it was apparent they were sometimes overwhelmed. I felt supported.

The outdoor facilities were great. The pool had a snack bar. The rooms were spacious. I appreciated this aspect. A gym was available, though somewhat small.

The area offered convenient access to various shops. Some nice restaurants were within easy walking distance. Beach access required about a 15 minute walk, it was ok.
